Q: Is there a retail location I can visit?
A: Thank you for your interest. DRMBshop.ca is currently only offering products online and distributing via courier. You can choose to have your order delivered for pick up to the Doctors Manitoba main office in Winnipeg.

Q: Do you ship to my location?
A: We currently only ship to Canada and USA. Please see the live shipping rates at checkout.
Q: What carriers do you use?
A: We use Canada Post and FedEx to ship DRMBshop.ca products. Please see the live shipping rates at checkout.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Typically all products will ship within 2 business days. The shipping rates at check-out provide an estimate based on your address. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your package goes out. During peak periods like the holidays, the individual product descriptions may provide an estimated delivery date.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Thanks for your interest. DRMBshop.ca offers PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) payments. There is also a gift card option.
Q: What currency are prices listed in?
A: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, with automatic currency conversions for most regions.
Q: How will charges appear on my Payee statement?
A: Charges will appear from SP DRMBSHOP. Charges may also appear as being made to SVS Marketing, Shopify, Paypal.
Q: How do I return or exchange my product?
A: You may return products in unused condition for full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges, or you can return it in person at the Doctors Manitoba main office in Winnipeg. Please contact us for return or exchange.
Q: I did not receive my order notification.
A: Order notifications are sent automatically by the system when you place an order. Typically, this takes no longer than 10 minutes. If for some reason you did not receive your notification we recommend you check your spam folder first and then contact us to make other arrangements.

Q: How do I change my order?
A: To make changes to your order please go to our Contact Us page and complete the form requesting the changes to your order. Please be sure to include your order reference number and the changes you would like to make. In some cases, changes might require the cancellation of the original order and a new order placed.
